Secluded in natural surrounds yet conveniently located a short distance to vineyards, beaches and Dunsborough's cafes, restaurants and boutiques.

The entry has stunning blackbutt floors and quality furnishings which are the perfect intro to the unique styling throughout the home – a modern blend of boho chic and English manor luxury.

The chef’s kitchen with its 90cm stove and an extraordinary amount of bench space is not only amazing but is totally kitted out with everything you could want to cook up a feast. The island bench is the perfect place to present the meal buffet style, which you can then enjoy in comfort seated around the solid wooden dining suite.

The plush sofas in the lounge area beckon you to withdraw and enjoy that last glass of wine while you reflect on how relaxed you feel. In Winter the wood burning stove will not only introduce warmth but also a calming, relaxed ambience. The upwards sloping raked ceilings paired with high-positioned windows amplify the natural light in these areas, making it a home for all seasons, which is great as you’ll be hanging out for a return visit!

Sliding doors from the living area provides both access and views to the alfresco, seating, BBQ and grassed area. Plenty of room for everyone with lounge chairs, two padded sun lounges, dining table, chairs and a children’s playhouse complete with kitchen. Also keep your eyes peeled as you are likely to see kangaroos and bird life in the natural bush setting beyond.

The living area is flanked on both sides by generous over-sized bedrooms, all of which have king beds. The master bedroom on one side of the home has a walk-in robe and modern ensuite. On the other side is a Theatre Room with comfortable lounges and Smart TV. Three king bedrooms occupy this wing along with a large modern bathroom and a separate toilet.

This is the perfect getaway for an extended family, or couples who all wish to enjoy the same spaciousness and luxury when it comes to bedtime. Sleeps 8 in total.
