"Gem on Jones" - single-story residence has been thoughtfully designed to provide ample space and comfort for the entire family during a peaceful vacation. With four bedrooms, including a master suite featuring a queen bed, a television, and a private bathroom, there's a place for everyone to unwind. Additional sleeping arrangements include another queen bedroom, a twin double bedroom, and a room with bunk beds. The master en-suite boasts a shower, vanity, and toilet, while the main bathroom offers a bathtub, separate shower, and vanity. You'll find a second toilet conveniently located adjacent to the laundry area.

Laundry facilities are equipped with a laundry trough, front-loading washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. For sunny days, there's a clothesline outside to rinse out swimsuits and wetsuits after a fun time in the water.

One of the standout features of this home is its generous entertainment spaces. The spacious lounge area is both comfortable and cozy, complete with a wood-burning stove, a large flat-screen smart TV, and a bar nook, complete with a mini-fridge. The fully-equipped kitchen offers plenty of storage and counter space, making it ideal for preparing meals for a large group. It seamlessly connects to the dining area, which accommodates up to 8 guests. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dedicated kids' nook, featuring a smart TV and comfy beanbags, allowing the children to have their own space while staying close by. The property also benefits from a Nespresso coffee machine and free Wifi.

Adjacent to the kids' nook and in proximity to the master bedroom, you'll find the games room, complete with a full-sized pool table for post-dinner entertainment.

The lounge area opens up to a covered patio space with outdoor dining, lounge seating, and BBQ facilities, making it perfect for year-round use.

Outside there is an shower to rinse off after days at the beach.

What's Included:

All bed linens are provided (excluding beach towels). Our accommodations are fully self-catered, and as a courtesy, we offer a basic starter pack for each stay, including soap, toilet paper, tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, and some cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper. These items are provided to help kick-start your vacation without stress, but guests are responsible for replenishing supplies beyond the starter pack.

During the winter months, we provide complimentary wood, kindling, matches, and firelighters for houses with indoor fireplaces. If you need additional wood for your stay or wish to use the fireplace outside of winter months, you can purchase it at local service stations and hardware stores.

Abbey is a tranquil beachside community situated on the far western side of Busselton, near Vasse. Its ideal location on the outskirts of town means you can enjoy long stretches of pristine beach without the crowds. A small cluster of local businesses has sprung up here, offering delightful food and beverages for those in the know. - Pets are considered upon request and must remain outside the house. Approval is required prior to arrival.
- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection. 
- ID of the primary guest is required prior to check-in.
- Busselton’s close to natural wetlands, so from October to January you may notice some mosquitoes and midges, especially at dawn and dusk. It’s a normal part of the area. We recommend bringing repellent for a more comfortable stay.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
