The kitchen has all required appliances including a microwave oven, nepresso coffee machine, spacious laundry room with washing machine and a dryer in the garage

Each of the three well appointed bedrooms is designed to provide a restful nights’ sleep. The master suite comes with a comfortable queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The remaining two bedrooms are also beautifully furnished with bunks in one and a queen in the other making a night in, just as enticing as a day out.

Outside, soak in the serenity of the garden area or utilise the BBQ on the outdoor patio. The property also features a secure double garage for your vehicle, ensuring complete peace of mind. As per the City of Busselton Holiday Home Registration Rules for this unit, a maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed on the property, and they must be parked in the garage. Please note that the property has spacious garage is larger than most modern garages, comfortably fitting two 4WDs—previously a LandCruiser wagon and a LandCruiser ute. To maintain the peaceful surroundings, NO Parking is permitted in the driveway AT ANY Time.

- $200 refundable security deposit is required prior to your stay. This will be refunded within 7 days after checkout, provided no damage, excessive cleaning, or policy violations are found during the property inspection.

This property offers fully self-contained accommodation, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay. To get you started, we supply essential items such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, tea, coffee, milk, and some cleaning products for the first couple of days. We also provide a selection of basic kitchen supplies—please contact us for a full list. If you require additional supplies during your stay, our office can assist with restocking, which may incur a small fee.
