Just a short stroll from Geographe Bay, this spacious retreat offers a refined yet tranquil escape. Take the provided bike for a scenic ride along the foreshore or spend the morning paddleboarding before exploring Dunsborough’s lively town centre. Meelup Beach and Yallingup are also within a short drive for swimming, surfing or coastal walks. After a day visiting local wineries, gather by the fireplace, prepare meals in the full kitchen, and linger over dinner on the patio as the day winds down.



The Space:

This sophisticated retreat blends laid-back style with modern comfort, creating a calm, refined sanctuary that mirrors the gentle rhythm of Quindalup’s coastline. The main living area, anchored by a wood-burning fireplace, offers generous seating and a large TV, ideal for family gatherings or cosy evenings by the fire. A second living area provides extra space to unwind, complete with a play kitchen for little ones.



The sleek kitchen combines contemporary design with quality appliances, including a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher and an espresso machine for your morning ritual. The dining area flows effortlessly to the covered alfresco patio, where a dining table, lounge seating and a BBQ create the perfect setting for long lunches or relaxed evenings outdoors.



Each bedroom reflects the home’s calm aesthetic and thoughtful design. The primary suite features a king bed, ensuite and walk-in robe, while the remaining bedrooms include a king bed, a queen bed and a double-over-single bunk.



After sun-filled days by the coast, enjoy a soothing soak in the main bathroom’s bathtub or refresh under the rain shower. A full laundry with a washer and dryer makes extended stays effortless, and a separate toilet adds convenience for groups.



With family-friendly touches throughout, the home is perfect for groups travelling with children. Beach gear is ready for use, including boogie boards, snorkels, a stand-up paddleboard, a beach trolley and an umbrella, making it easy to spend the day by the water. Back at the house, a cosy book nook, board games and a separate games room give kids their own space to play. Central air conditioning ensures year-round comfort, while driveway parking provides space for four vehicles.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!

Birak Beach House sits in a peaceful Quindalup pocket, just a short stroll from the calm turquoise waters of Geographe Bay. Start your day with a swim, paddle or bike ride along the foreshore, then wander into Dunsborough’s vibrant town centre—home to Merchant & Maker, Peko Peko, Blue Manna Bistro, The Pour House, and Occy’s.



Within a short drive, discover local favourites like Wise Eagle Bay Restaurant and Meelup Farmhouse, or explore Meelup Regional Park with its pristine beaches, walking trails and picnic spots. For adventure, head 15 minutes from home to Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park for surfing, hiking and panoramic coastal lookouts.

Spend an afternoon visiting nearby wineries or exploring Country Life Farm, Yallingup’s surf beaches, or Ngilgi Cave—all just minutes from your stay.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are four free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 30 minutes by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10 pm. This house is situated in a quiet residential area. Please be aware that outdoor music is not permitted at any time of day, and that loud or noisy gatherings will not be tolerated with respect to the neighbouring properties.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
