"This was an awful experience. The only good thing was the young lady who checked me in.
I could not check in early and I could not check in at 3 pm which was the check in time. I didn't check in until after 4 pm and then I took another type of room. I came to a Birthday Gala for my father's 90th birthday. which began at 5 pm.
I did not have any bath towels! When I found an attendant, she replied they did not have towels... she said she would check, needless to say I didn't see her...

"The room was spacious and clean. We had to change rooms as soon as we got settled in because the television was working. Small problem that was resolved right away. There was only one towel set for two people, and I’m sure that would have been resolved immediately as well. "
