The bathroom did not meet my expectations as the sink was to low with no pug, a low hook on the back of the bathroom door which both myself and wife kept catching our arms on. "Lovely location. Property beginning to look a bit shabby e.g. wallpaper, chair coverings etc but comfortable. Kitchen could be better equipped if you actually intend to cook e.g. no bowls for salad/fruit/mixing; a cheese grater would be useful.
