Hoteller med pool i Burrell Boom

"A worn-down hotel on the shore of the Belize River. Room was OK, but not completely clean. We got spotty sheets with holes. The pools were filled with leaves, and we didn't see anyone use them at any point. Construction workers were fixing up the place, but they started cutting rocks at 7 am, which meant no more sleep for us. Not an enjoyable stay."

"If you are looking for the jungle experience than this is the place for you. We were greeted by the local troop of Howler monkeys on arrival. Beautiful house right on the river. Locals had been seeing Manitee in the river near the house. Kenny and Shanna were great. We are already planning a return trip. "

"Shanna was so kind taking care of all our needs. She made our first international trip feel easy. If you're thinking about staying here I would not hesitate. It's truly an amazing jungle experience. The howler monkeys were so amazing to sit and watch. We had a few baby howlers which were adorable. The little crocodile in the pond was fun to see. Thanks again for an amazing stay!"

"Cathy and Don were great hosts! The rooms were clean and Cathy even cooked dinner for the 7 of us after we arrived at 5:30 pm. There are restaurants within a 15-30 minute walk, but it was nice to sit down for a while after enjoying a type “A” vacation for the past 8 days! Pool, air conditioning, hot water and a delicious meal! Julia "

"We were hard pressed for choice, but really happy we ended at The Palms. Very nice staff, clean pool and even a small and clean gym. Only minor issue were some glass shards that house keeping had overlooked - it was taken care of promptly when we pointed it out. Water pressure on the third floor is not impressive and the beds are memory foam, which is a matter of preference. A/C was super efficient and the selection in the minibar very good. Limited choice of restaurants nearby, but for a stay...
