    Accommodation Information

    Linen is included in our Osprey range caravans - all other grade caravans (Puffins and Herons) linen can be hired at £8 per set.



    Cots and Highchairs are available to hire but customers must bring with them their own bedding for cots.

    Outdoor pool is open from 15th July to 7th September - the pool will be closed every Monday and FridayPlease note that this is a self-catering accommodation so don’t forget to bring your towels, t-towels and toilet rolls.

    Check In Procedure

    Check in time is 5pm If you are arriving after 6pm, you must inform the park of your estimated time of arrival so that we can make arrangements for you to receive your key. If you are held up for any reason then please call 01278 794888 after 6pm. Check Out Procedure

    Checkout is 10.00am on day of departure. Please open all windows to ventilate the caravan and return your key to reception. If you are checking out outside of office hours, please lock up your caravan entirely and deposit your key in the letterbox in the office door.Group Bookings/Party Types

    The park does not accept work parties, young or single sex groups. There must be at least 1 adult over the age of 21 on all bookings.

    Please be aware that not all caravans will have parking outside.There is a main car park and bays located around the park.

    Outdoor pool is open from 15th July 2025 to 7th September 2025 - the pool will be closed every Monday and Friday

    The venue will be closed due to private events on specific dates. This means no restaurant/takeaway.

Good caravan park and position is convenient. Near amenities. We would have liked to have a fridge freezer, but as it was just my husband and I, we got by.

There was a light in the small bedroom we reported as it wasn't safe.

We stayed for 4 nights in May half term.

We stayed for 4 nights in May half term. Used the site as a base to explore. Caravan was reasonable price for 3 of us. It was very clean. Reception were helpful when we didn’t have linen on the beds. Sorted immediately.There was a big bar and restaurant with nightly entertainment. We didn’t go but typically we would. We were very busy and got back too late to go.Location is quiet. In the middle of a housing neighbourhood but 10 min walk to beach and amusements, which we loved.There was also an outdoor pool and terrace which wasn’t open when we stayed but opens in June. Shame because that would have been a fantastic addition for our stay on the days the weather was good enough. If we were exploring the area again we would definitely return.

Dirty and uncomfortable

Check in was chaos due to staff shortages. Some people booking were waiting hours after check in time for their caravan to be available. Caravan beds were awful. Didn't sleep well during the stay at all. Caravan carpet and upholstery all needed a deep clean. Looked dirty for so early on in the season. Left a day early as had enough.
