"This is a great value B and B. Although over a pub and close to a main road, very quiet. The pub serves good pub meals, reasonably priced and the staff are very cheerfull. Breakfast was good and the rooms are pleasantly decorated and clean. A great place to stop if you are in the area. The atmousphere in the pub was freindly but not in anyway rowdy. "

"This is a delightful cottage for 1 or 2 people. Sofas and bed are comfortable; shower room stylish with a great sized shower. And with lovely underfloor heating toes were toastie all weekend. I was able to entertain friends in a relaxed informal environment which was great."

BUT if you are staying on a weekend or the night before a Public holiday be prepared for the pub to be packed and the music to be loud. We could easily hear music and voices from the bar in our room, and it wasn’t just in the background.
