"We have stayed here at least 3 times while visiting our daughter at UVM. It's clean. The staff are friendly and efficient. It has a tavern to get a bite to eat and drink. The rooms are spacious, well decorated and sound proof. It's reasonably priced and we love the welcome cookie."

"Nothing to complain about during our stay, it was clean , nothing was missing in the room, etc. The only complain is about the restaurant that offer the free breakfast package! We arrived around 9h45am, there was few table occupied only but it took at least 5/7 min before the waitress came, another 7/10 min to come for the order then more than 30 min to get the order at the table (we were only 3) and there was an error on mine (wrong plate, the waitress misunderstood) so she did reorder but I...

"I was told that Expedia reserves handicap rooms and the one I stayed in was not the cleanest. I had to clean the fridge handle (sticky) and remove a large chili pepper from the dishwasher. Additionally, the equipment outside was so loud that I had to request another room. The staff was very helpful professional"

"Great staff and area! The hotel personnel were friendly, helpful and professional. The area was clean, safe and close to restaurants and a shopping center. However, the room had a coffee maker with coffee and sugar but no bottles of water. Most hotels give two bottles of water to make coffee. The elevator and passageways had a funny smell, like dirty water or mop. The room also looked empty, with no place to put clothes or things other than the bed. It is still a good place and decent room. "

"You need to know where the hotel is, there are no signs. Reception has nice little shop and also doubles as breakfast area in the morning. Breakfast could be better, it’s mainly carbs (toast and bagels etc.) The rooms are nice and big, with all you need even for longer stays. Yes there are scuffs and signs of age, but it’s clean and functioning. WiFi was mostly fine, but there was a period of no access."

"The breakfast menu was great! The person who puts on the breakfast continued non stop refreshing with hot food and making sure everything was clean, refilled, and in working order. On another note -The hot tub was running when I got in it. When the jets shut off after the other party departed I noticed it was dirty and everyone in my party received a rash/ irritation from where the jets hit us. "
