The space

MAIN LEVEL:

INDOOR LIVING: 70” Smart Roku TV, 1 sleeper sofa, dining table, 2 closets, ceiling fan, electric fireplace, mini-split system with remote.

LAUNDRY: The washer and dryer are in the closet, and there is a starter supply of laundry pods.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen includes dishware, flatware, pots, pans, bakeware, glassware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a Keurig and drip coffee maker, crockpot, griddle, hand mixer, toaster, blender, dishwasher, refrigerator with ice maker, glass-top range, and microwave. There is outside access to the patio/firepit area and a stairwell to the upstairs bedrooms. Also provided is a starter supply of coffee pods, sugar, creamer, tea, salt/pepper, oil, and dishwasher pods.

BEDROOM 1: 70” Smart Roku TV, King Bed, nightstands, ceiling fan with a remote, mini-split system with a remote.

BATHROOM 1: Full bathroom (Shower), basic toiletries (Closet is locked for host use).

UPPER LEVEL:

PARKING: Paved Driveway; parking for 4 or more vehicles outside the garage.

Things to note:
The house is located in a residential area. Please be considerate of residents and observe quiet hours from 9:30 PM to 8:00 AM. No pets or smoking allowed. Please treat the house as if it were your own. A starter supply of toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, and laundry pods is provided. Extra linens, towels, blankets, and pillows can be found in the closets.

Self-check-in is available via an electronic keypad lock, and a door code will be provided at least 24 hours before your arrival.

**Wildlife and Bugs:** Being close to the lake/woods may result in encounters with wildlife and bugs. We have monthly pest control services, but it is advisable to keep windows and doors closed. Brooms and a vacuum, including a small vacuum for ladybugs, are available for your convenience. You may see squirrels, raccoons, bears, turkeys, snakes, deer, and other wildlife. Please exercise caution.

Please be aware that the gas grill is located outside, making it difficult to clean between guests. Depending on how the previous guest left it, you may need to clean it before use.
