"Clean home with nice amenities. This was a great place for a gathering of friends. The only issue we had was we were unable to connect our personal devices to the WiFi throughout the stay. The TVs in the living room areas did connect fine though. "

"This house is amazing! Very cozy, comfortable and extremely clean. We loved the area. The location worked well for the Lexington sites we wanted to see. Decorated for Christmas which we very much appreciated as our visit was early December. Also, Dawn is the perfect host. Very responsive to our questions. "My wife called this home her favorite place we have stayed in a VRBO house! It really was a lovely home in a picturesque setting among the horses and duck pond! It was well appointed and was close enough to Lexington to be able to not feel like it was a real drive to get to town, yet far enough away to be peaceful and without the hustle and bustle of town. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this for a race weekend or as a place for a family going to a game…. Super fun!"

"Warning - THIS IS A BED AND BREAKFAST. Nothing in the description says anything about "sharing" a bathroom, "sharing" the house, multiple families/individuals staying at the same time, etc. ESPECIALLY DURING COVID!!!!! I will not share a bathroom with someone I don't know or even stay in a house with others I do not know. Had I know, we would not have booked the place.
