Villa located in a spectacular valley in the Tramuntana Mountains of Mallorca, ideal for 12 guests. It features 6 bedrooms, a private 20 x 5 meter pool, and two furnished outdoor terraces. Set in a unique natural setting, you will enjoy peace and breathtaking views. The property covers over 280 hectares.



On the first floor, you'll find the main entrance. Beyond the hall is a living-dining room with satellite TV and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a porch with a terrace offering stunning views. This floor also has two double bedrooms with queen beds and built-in wardrobes, plus a shared bathroom with bathtub.



Upstairs are the remaining bedrooms. One room with four single beds has a private bathroom with shower, a lounge with TV, and a terrace. Two bedrooms each have two single beds, both with en-suite shower and sink. The last bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite shower and sink. These three rooms can share a full bathroom with bathtub.



The villa also offers various outdoor spaces:

- Barbecue terrace: going down to the pool, you'll find a terrace with a wood-fired oven and barbecue area.

- Pool: a spectacular space in the valley with endless views. The 20 x 5 meter pool is equipped with sofas, loungers, umbrellas, and Balinese beds. This area also has a full bathroom with shower.

- Outdoor parking for 10 cars
