"This gem of a little hotel is a best kept secret in Tokyo. Convenient to subways and a nice area with many restaurants. The rooms are large and comfortable. It has a separate library and a laundry room so you can freshen your clothes without spending a fortune. The staff are lovely and very helpful. We have stayed here twice now and will stay again on our next trip. "

"The room was very spacious and clean. Very convenient location with multiple subway line stations nearby. Staff was very helpful. My only complaint is the traditional blind and window was not thick enough. Would prefer black out curtains . I was woken up by the light at 6 every morning. Bring your sleeping eye mask if that’s an issue for you too. "

"Room size is big enough for 4 peoples, very good view for the Ueno Park, the only disadvantage is the car park for hotel, there is height limit and our car can’t get in, you need to walk 10mints to the Ueno station car park, if there have a closer car park which coordinate with hotel will be better"

"Every time I visit Tokyo, I choose to stay in Ueno because the transportation is really convenient. The hotel is about a 6-8 minute walk from Keisei Ueno Station, and there are many convenience stores and restaurants nearby. The size of the family room is quite spacious, which is very suitable for travelers with young children. It feels like this is a very new hotel, and I look forward to seeing further improvements from the management."

Fitness was almost non-existent. TV and movie options were super bad (for any non-Japanese speaker) but the Chromecast option worked. "Vi fik booket et meget småt værelse, hvor man knap havde plads til kufferter, eller til at vende sig for den sags skyld. Ellers flot indrettet og rent. Hotellet er gigantisk, og bliver også brugt til konferencer mm. Der er derfor meget travlt i receptionen på alle tider af døgnet, og generelt en hektisk stemning i lobbyen. You would not guess you were near the train tracks with probably at least 60-80 trains an hour. The staff was incredibly respectful, kind, and helpful. "

"The Rooms where sold as a last minute offer with a 80% discount with a reduced price just above 1200 DKK a day, and therefore I assumed that it would be high end rooms.
It wasn't. Room was small and not modern.
The bathroom was special with a tiny bathtub (120 cm) and the holder for the showerhead placed 50 cm to the right of the bathtub."

"It was a smaller room, but it worked for a night. The hotel is a very short walk from Ueno Station, great if coming in from Narita. It is also close to Okachimachi station. A few minutes walk to Ueno Ameyoko Shopping Street. I would probably book this place again, because of the location and price."

"Super fint og centralt.
Sengen var dejlig at sove i og gode puder.
Ikke fan af dobbelt dyne, de er ingen par. spild af plads med massagestol når der i forvejen ikke er plads til ens kuffert eller noget skab - samme med et ubrugeligt skrivebord som tager plads :) "
"This is a very conveniently located hotel in the Sotetsu Fresa Inn chain of hotels. The staff is welcoming and helpful. It is great that they offer free amenities, however, the microwave ovens and ice dispenser are superb. Handy to heat a take out meal or the like after a long days work or sightseeing. I've stayed here before and I know I will come back. "

Hotel var bare fantastisk.
Beliggenhed:
Hotellet ligger i et godt og trygt forretningområde, tæt på Tokyo Station (10 min gang) samt på flere metro stationer. Vi brugte mest Otemachi exit A2 (3 min). Mange metrolinier fra denne station. Der var også spise muligheder et par gader nede. Ellers 7-11 tæt på. Vil man gå lidt, og ikke bruge metro, er det nemt at komme til mange af de populære områder indenfor 25-30 minutters gang.
Værelset:
Vi havde 2 værelser nr. 414 og 416. Pæne og rene med badekar. God størrelse. Superior-værelse med 2 enkelt senge. Meget lydisoleret. Vi hørte ingen støj fra nærliggende motorvej og andre værelser. Det var også praktisk med et bord og to stole på værelset, så man ikke skulle opholde sig og altid sidde i sengen. Dejligt med de 2 store og brede senge.
Service og Personale:
Rengøring hver dag. Gratis vand blev sat i køleskabet alle dage.
Hver dag var der gratis kaffe, vand og snacks i lobbyen fra kl.15-21.
Personalet var altid utrolig venlige.
Morgenmad var god, med mange forskellige retter også internationalt. Meget venlig personale også ved morgenmaden.
Et af de bedste hoteller jeg har boet på til prisen.
Kan klart anbefales til lange eller korte ophold.
Nemt at komme til og fra lufthavnen. (Haneda).
