"This is a nice cozy place. Ac, fan works so staying cool is no problem. Uber dtops off, snd picks up here. Its gated, and it has a cool shared kitchen. I plan on staying here everytime im in Kingston. "

There was an issue with our first room, that was handled very professionally and to our full satisfaction by the front desk.

Dinner ($18-$24) and breakfast ($8-$10). Also there were some bugs in the room as there was a gap between the door and the door frame. Overall a great accommodation though and ideal for hikers interested in doing the blue mountain peak trail."

The space is nicely done & a practical kitchen, & seating area. She had some supplies in the kitchen which were very thoughtful -esp if you are on the road eg milk, cereal, sugar, salt etc
