"Words cant describe this place. The location, the cosy style, combination of US nationalparks, Austria, Switserland, everything was so nice. The hotel was living up to all our wishes, needs and dreams. "

"From outside it looks a little outdated from inside much is very good looking, not cosy more business oriented. Hugh pool area, but even as a Suite customer you need to pay for using a spa, that is nothing spectacular but ok. The view from the suite towards the lake was amazing a worth every dime. Spectacular location close to everything and a good bed with the nicest terrasse area. "

"At check in we were given room 001 - and I said nice - because last nights at another Hotel we also had room 001, and normally 001 is one of the best rooms. Unfortunately this was NOT the case at this Hotel, as Room 001 (which was booked as executive room) had a very limited balcony compared with all other rooms - and further the mountain view (and sun to Balcony) was obstructed by trees just in front of the balcony. Consequesntly the room was very dark. The first night we had our dinner at the Hotel - and that was just boring industial feeding - we were there at 07.30 but already there some of the buffet was empty and not refilled - the second night we had our dinner at the sister Hotel a few hundred meters away - and that was much better. Breakfast was also not up to expectations - at an Eco Hotel we do expect to get fresh juiced and not poor industrial juice concentrate which was only there. In generel the premises are worn down. Poor value for the money! "

"Hotellet trænger til en gennemgående renovering. Hotellet har dog charme. Men det meget venlige og smilende personale opvejer det hele - top tilgang til os gæster. Hotellets private strand er/var enestående. "

"Me and my partner visited this hotel for five days and we were thrilled about it. The hotel was in OK shape. The breakfast and dinner was fine and the service was completely magnificent. The people who were managing it was very kind and helped us with all sorts of things, they were eager to help and give us tips on where to visit and everyone could speak English and they also accommodated vegetarians and vegans. All in all if we were to come to Slovenia, we would definitely come back to this hotel! "
