So our studio suite was quiet and in many ways very nice. But I guess one could argue that a room renovation must be coming up soon. Still acceptable though, but a bit tired in decor and colors. The bed linen was worn out, thin as paper and the pillows inside stained.
The staff was polite and correct. Wifi was so-so. We did not have breakfast. The price...

"Amazing stay - our best accomodatiom travelling 2 months in SE Asia. Staff was excellent - our kids loved the pools and play areas. Location is superb as well, quiet but very central and easy to get to KL tower, Jalan Alor and central Bukit Butang. Would love to come back - defo recommend!! "

The location was excellent too, walking distance from Eco park & China town. Food options available minutes away & close to train station. Laundry facilities were excellent. "We stayed 2 nights at The Face Suites. We have been very satisfied with the stay. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is located very close to Petronas Towers. At 51 floor you find a infinity swimmingpool from where you have a great view. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel are well maintained and very clean everywhere. The hotel has wifi and it’s working ok. Our room was clean and had a fantastic view. We can highly recommend this hotel and look forward to coming...

"Servicen var helt i top - super søde og hjælpsomme. Væreslset var også rigtigt fint - de eneste minus var de tynde vægge. I værelset ved siden af os, sov en mand, som snorkede MEGET højt, og på samme etage var en flok piger som snakkede meget højt gennem væggene, som de også havde fundet ud af var meget tynde. Men ellers super fint "

"We loved our stay at the Platinum Suites by SNC. The communication was good, we loved having 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms, the view is incredible, and there is a lot of space in the apartment. It felt loke home. Full-size fridge, washer/dryer with detergent in the unit. We couldn't have asked for more!"

"Bookede stort værelse (suite).
Vi fik værelse på 12. etage. Gulvtæppet var gammelt og bulede her og der. Der lugtede lidt fælt på etagen.
Aircon på værelset virkede ikke, og blev repareret efterfølgende dag. Det resulterede i at der begyndte at dryppe kondensvand fra loftet i værelsets entre. Efter yderligere et par dage, måtte vi skifte værelse.
Der var ingen sauna eller spa på hotellet, selvom det fremgår af beskrivelsen af hotellets faciliteter.
Personalet var til gengæld meget høflige og hjælpsomme."

My wife and I stayed at EQ Kuala Lumpur for a week, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredible—very kind, professional, and always ready to assist.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. We also enjoyed the well-equipped gym and the beautiful outdoor pool. The hotel's location is perfect, within walking distance of major attractions like Pavilion Mall and the Petronas Towers.
