Jeg tror servicen kunne være lige så god, hvis personalet i fx receptionen fik lov at sidde ned.
Lå i et godt område, tæt på design området, og så var der parkerings faciliteter.
Fed bar i nærheden, med den mest autentiske stemning."

"This property was located in a great area in Wynwood. We were quickly able to get to the design district and it was about a 10 minute drive to Bayside. Also, South Beach wasn’t too far. I just felt like it was in a great central area. We also visited the marina and that was about 20 minutes away so everything was very convenient to get to. "I loved the artsy vibe the hotel had and the area near the hotel had. I also loved that they gave me the room very early since my cruise had us go off the boat early. Also they let me stay 1 hour more in my room since my flight back home was really late."

"Place looked exactly as pictured. Quiet neighborhood. In an area close to mostly everything. Parking would be the only concern if you’re renting a car. There is a garage but it’s limited spaces. There is street parking but you have to pay. I would definitely stay again and highly recommend for anyone who’s looking for a decent place to stay and not break the bank!! "

"It was great overall! Just not clean enough. We found long black hair (not belonging to anyone in our group) in few spots around the apartment. Also under the mattress in the bed we can see a thick layer of dust.

"Bate and switch! The pictures that were shown are were not of the unit that I stayed in. Dirty walls and baseboards . Floors were a bit sticky to walk on. It smelled like it had been closed off and funky. Old and outdated in the bathroom with rust and crust around faucet. I stayed 1 night of the 3 that I booked. I reached out and got an email saying nothing. Normally, I expect an email or text after check in. Didn’t happen so they know they’re taking advantage of people."

"Great service – special thanks to Ian and Samanda!
We had a very nice stay at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences. A big thank you goes out to Ian, who provided absolutely excellent service – always friendly, helpful, and professional. He truly made a difference in our experience.
Also, a big shout-out to the beautiful and kind Samanda in the restaurant. She was always warm and welcoming every morning, and made our breakfast moments really pleasant.
However, there are a few things that could be improved. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but instead received a $25 credit to order from the menu. This didn’t feel fair – especially since we had to pay tax even if we only spent the $25.
Housekeeping also left something to be desired. It was supposed to come automatically every other day, but no one showed up, even after we asked for it.
All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service – especially thanks to Ian and Samanda – but there’s definitely room for improvement in the housekeeping and the breakfast arrangement."
"Vi havde fornøjelsen at bo på dette hotel i en studio lejlighed med vaskemaskine, tørretumbler, fuldt køkken mv.
Lejligheden var moderne og fremstod ren og indbydende.
Der er et stort fitnesscenter i ejendommen som må benyttes. Vi benyttede ikke poolen som ligger på 15. etage men poolen var stor og området var indbydende. Hotellet ligger meget central og der er gode parkeringsmuligheder mod betaling i området.
Kan klart anbefale dette sted, også til familier med større børn."
"Fantastisk beliggenhed tæt på offentlig transport til stranden og seværdigheder. Lejlighed med alle lette fornødenheder. Ikke utrygt på nogen måder, men var heller ikke ude om natten.

"Vi er en fanilie på 5 og vi har været der 2 gange og vi kommer helt sikkert igen. Lokation og størelsen på lejligheden er top. En god ferie lejlighed med alt man kunne få brug for uden sit ophold.
Fitness/trænings området kunne godt trænge til en lille opgradering. Afhængig af hvilken årstid man rejser er der ligeledes stor forskel på hvor meget sol man vil opleve ved pool området.
Vi var der over påsken og havde sol fra morgen til eftermiddag ved poolen, men her over julen var der kun sol tol ca. 10.30-11 om morgenen, hvilket var øv. Men så benyttede vi de mange lækre strande.
Dejligt sted som indfrier vores families behov."
