"I liked that the Acala Hotel was different. From the outside it looked like a typical store front, but when you walk inside you're in the hotel lobby. I used rhe stairs and on each level at the top of the stairs was a seating area. It was somethng different. I was exploring just walking around and at the end of one of the hallways was a balcony with a view of the shops on the street. I would recommend the Alcala Hotel. I will stay there again. Also they have a restaurant with very good food....

"I had delays in getting to the hotel as I was participating in a tournament in David City. I was attended by the owner, Mr. Jaume who waited for me to arrive to the hotel through the late hours. I reached the hotel at 11:30pm and he was there waiting for me for check-in. He was patient, cordial and helped me carry my bags to the room. Also, on one of the nights I requested a dessert which got late, so as a compensation for the lateness, they did not charge me for it. The breakfast was very good,...
