Build in the early nineteen hundreds this historical house come with lots of space include a formal dining room and leaving room, two kitchens, two full bathrooms and six bedrooms. Bring your full family and have fun in a fully fence private backyard.
The space
This is a full house, no one else will be in the space. We are just minutes away from great coffee shops and small stores, as well two blocks from the legendary “Essex street Pub”
Guest access
This is a full house no spaced shared, you will have full access to the first and second floor
of the house, staircase in the front and in the kitchens for convenience. Access to the backyard in the front and trough the kitchen. Some closets will be locked for our privacy but should not be important.
Other things to note
Thoroughly read all and instructions. The majority of our guests find this to be a great help in quickly becoming acclimated to the new location and maximizing their enjoyment during their stay.
-No persons under the age of 21 should book this space if not accompanied by a responsible adult over the age of 21.
-No parties, outside visitors, or overnight guests without our approval.
-No loud music/ outside of the house
-No smoke or vape on the premises or inside the building and no cigarette butts or ashes in the garbage cans (inside and out).
-No shoes inside of the house, bring slippers if walking without shoes makes you uncomfortable.
-Do not engage in illegal activity anywhere on the property (also applies to internet activity, drugs, under aged drinking, etc.)
-If something breaks, please let me know so that I can take steps to fix/replace it before the arrival of the next guest. We understand accidents do happen.
-Do not leave food out that will attract uninvited guests.
-No open flames of any kind inside the building or on property.
-Lock all doors after entering/exiting.

We reserve the right to ask you to leave at any time during your stay, without a refund, if these house rules are ignored or broken.I know that these seem like a long list of rules but certainly not difficult ones to follow. I can guarantee that the space will exceed your expectations. Most of all, enjoy your stay and do not hesitate to ask when in doubt!
