Bedroom 2 has another Queen bed with dresser and the 3rd bedroom has Full bed with dresser. All bedrooms have carpeting and equipped with window A/C units, Heating system, nightstand and lamp.

NO PARTIES. Each additional guest caught on the premises will result in an additional fine of $100 per person and immediate removal from the property.

No smoking or pets inside the unit. If you are caught smoking or having pets inside the house, there will be a $400 fine.

Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, beverages) after the initial supply provided.

ID Requirement: As per our policy, we kindly request the IDs of all individuals who are booking the accommodation.
