Free street parking is available for guests. The driveway is reserved for the homeowner and is not available for renter use. Buffalo does have alternate-side parking regulations, so please pay attention to posted signs.

Noise & Quiet Hours
This is an older Buffalo home, and sound does carry. We reside upstairs in the upper unit. You are staying in one unit of a two-family property, and we ask that noise be kept to a reasonable level. Please be aware that THIS LISTING IS LOCATED IN A DUPLEX HOME that contains full-time renters that live above and quiet hours from 10PM to 8 AM are strictly enforced. Security cameras are located outdoors in common areas for security and safety of our tenants and our neighbors.

This is a residential neighborhood. Please be courteous to our neighbors—absolutely no parties or events. Maximum occupancy is six guests and is strictly enforced.

Shoes should not be worn inside the home to help keep the space clean and reduce noise between floors.

No Smoking/Vaping/Marijuana
Smoking, marijuana and vaping are not permitted inside the home. We also kindly request that you refrain from using incense or candles. A $300.00 Cleaning Fee will be applied for violations of this.

Pets
No pets are allowed. We love pets too but not at this listing. This is a PET-FREE HOME. $300.00 Fine plus added cleaning fee assessed for unauthorized pets. We welcome those with allergies.
