"The hosts were fantastic!Possibly the best We ve experienced in our many travels.Daniel Holly and Ky went out of their way to help us with our many inquiries re:attractions,transportation,restaurants.The breakfast were gourmet and individualized to our dietary restrictions.The residence was well appointed and totally charming,they have done a fantastic job with this stunning Victorian home!When we return to Buffalo we will stay here again!"

"It was a new experience for me- staying somewhere that seemed to be totally self- running. No staff greeted you, you didn't see people doing thing, but like little fairies rooms would be cleaned, food popped up and was switched according to time of day. It made it feel like you were in your own home and with ample space to hang around outside of your room, it became like that. "

It's like 23000 sq ft and a lot of stairs since I was on the 3rd floor. It came w breakfast. My mattress was comfy and they gave me a robe. I would go back, but with less luggage since the stairs are hard w luggage. It was $3 to use washer and dryer."
