"The tv was frustrating to use, I also told them I was going to pay in cash and when I left someone else was at the front desk and didn’t know how to do that. I use to stay here often and loved it. My room was also small and didn’t have a nice view. Loud noises from the street as well"

The lobby was impressive, but awkwardly quiet (except for when the bar/lounge next door was bumpin’), compounded by there never really being any staff around. When we asked for fruits and cupcakes, we were rudely told to arrive at 6:30 AM. Furthermore, only one person was making omelets, causing a 30-minute wait, and there was absolutely nowhere to sit"

"Booked a suite, got a regular king...no big deal, just called down and they fixed it immediately awesome. Got into the suite had a view of the ventilation system of the building not of anything else no balcony no nothing. Ok I can get past all that after a long day of travel go to relax pop on some Netflix takes about 15min to sign in tv acting real slow. Shut it off turned it back on didnt get better but after about 20 min of loading a show just b started to play I said you know what its been a...
