"My wife and I spent 2 amazing weeks in Costa Rica with this property as our home base. We like being in nature, going on hikes, watch birds and this place was perfect for just hanging out and as a home base for excursions to Corcovado and other area parks. What a fabulous location! In our two weeks we never heard or saw a plane or vapor trail. No traffic by the house. Only a rare sailboat out in the ocean. So peaceful just the two of us. Beautiful birds everywhere. "

"I would highly recommend this property. It is well located in Ojochal - a coffee shop nearby, not far from the main town (grocery and restaurants), and down the hill from a beautiful waterfall.The only thing I would recommend to the host is that they invest in kitchen equipment. Most of what is there is in pretty bad shape, making it hard to cook basic food.Otherwise, it is a great house, with responsive property management, lovely yard and patio. Would visit again!"

"We thought the house and property were great - we'd absolutely stay again. It was perfect for our family which included my husband, myself and our two year old daughter. Our only complaint is the communication style and responsiveness of the property manager (who isn't the owner). We asked for some cleaning help to be arranged -she said she'd coordinate it and that we would be paying a local rate (and one that was a bit higher than normal, especially for that area, but fine).
