There may be construction noise from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, due to renovation work taking place on the third floor.
Please note that our apartment is located in a residential building primarily inhabited by families and individuals who value serenity and peace. For this reason, we can only accept bookings from groups committed to a quiet and respectful environment.
We reserve the right to decline bookings that may disrupt the building's peace, such as groups of young people, noisy events, or any behavior that could cause discomfort to our neighbors.
