"It was fine for one night. Good breakfast selection. The receptionist needs to work on his people skills because he is working with the public and is the first impression that people see upon arrival"

"EVERYTHING was great. The food was amazing! It was family friendly and the staff was very nice"

"Overall, the hotel was wonderful. It was a convenient location for our family to spend a week vacation in the Galilee area. There are attractions, restaurants and shops all nearby. The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast and dinner buffets have a wide variety of options. The only reason we would not stay here again was the bathroom design in the rooms. The toilet does not have a full door and the bathroom area does not have a door at all, and even...

"The staff were not very friendly or helpful; the cleaners were, by contrast. Even though the temperature was still in the 80s, the pool was closed. There were signs for a spa, but none was on the property. We paid for a room with a balcony and a view, but the balcony wall is too tall, and the chair is too short to see the view, so it's not worth paying extra unless you're content to view it standing up or from inside. "Nice place, However they don't have parking as suggested in Expedia, you have to find parking on the street with can be tricky at best. Also they charged us $50 Shekles each for breakfast because we initially didn't choose it in the Expedia app."

"Très bel hôtel , dans un coin calme . Chambre agréable et bonne literie Les espaces extérieurs sont très bien entretenu et très joli . Juste des grues en raison d une construction en face , mais qui ne gênera pas le site . Petit déjeuner excellent en qualité et quantité . Personnel agréable . Hôtel que je recommande"

"Very bad experience for a couple due to all kids and families. We left a day earlier"

"My experience at Canaan spa was excellent . The guests and impressions were thought out to the most minute detail. The hosts were truly overly amiable. I truly look forward to visiting again. I already put in a good reference to my chavruttah. He is planning to visit to Sfat with his family. Thank you. Norman First"

"Very worn breakfast restaurant. Poor service at reception. We asked if the front desk had a map of the area. The answer was brief - No. One morning we were awakened at. 08:00 at the cleaning lady opened our locked door and went out to the bathroom and removed our towels."

"If you are traveling in the vicinity of the Kineret, this is a great location. It is very convenient to Teveriah, Rosh Pinah, Tzfat, and many national park areas that are great for hiking and that contain archaeological sites. The hosts are very attentive, and the room was comfortable and spacious."

"Clean rooms, a great place to be"
