Studio apartment with big terrace & sea view

Let me guide you to our studio apartment.

Coming from the hustle and noise of the city center, you will follow the road upwards leading you to the free parking right in front of the villa.
Coming up the stairs you will see the first iron gate. Here one of us will welcome you and lead you to your studio.

This studio is located on the third floor that can only be reached by stairs.

Entering the studio you will see the kitchen and dining table on the right.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.

When you walk through the door on the right you will enter the bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, and sink. Of course, we provide all the essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, a hairdryer, and towels.

In the bedroom, we have a queen-sized bed with a memory foam top mattress. Just lie down and watch Netflix from your bed.

The whole room is airconditioned for the hot summer days. For the cooler days, no worries, it is heated by central heating.

Now coming to the terrace that is furnished with a lounge set so you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine and watch the sunset. Like to catch some vitamin D? Relax on the sunbeds. Or maybe you rather enjoy a good book in the hanging chair. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy the terrace as it is roofed.

We don't allow smoking, E-cigarettes, or vaping inside the apartment. Outside on the terrace is an ashtray where you can do so.

Just take it all in and enjoy the view!
