"Great location and good quality room. My only (major) complaint was the check in process. There was no mail/ communication sent saying that we had to register our check in. And the contact number for the hotel is listed in New York and was impossible to contact. We were stuck outside (with another couple- not part of our trip) for upwards of 90 minutes trying to get in. From there, you need to pay either a deposit waiver or a 200€ deposit which was also not advertised. "

"Such a delight! Really beautiful place right in the center of the city. I arrived at 2:00 am, and they waited for me and helped me with everything, from printing some documents to holding luggage for me. Clean, very quaint, so perfectly located!"

"The property is amazing. Beautiful inside and very clean. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The instructions they provided for arriving and checking in were very welcome as we came from the US. It's right in old town so there's no shortage of shops and excellent food nearby. However at night as it's a popular area it was a bit noisy at night - nothing that bothered me and nothing the property owners could do anything about, of course. I recommend this property as it's very nice inside...

"The sign outside the hotel is very small and placed on a wall. I spend an hour and an extra taxi ride because I thought I had come to the wrong place. Friendly welcome at the reception and the room was just ok. Same goes with the breakfast: good coffee but there was no fresh bread and the pastries were industrial products wrapped in plastic from the factory. Will choose another option should I ever need to come back to Bucharest. "
