It is conveniently located on the edge of the village of Kilkhampton and 5.5 miles from the beautiful seaside town of Bude, with its choice of sandy stretches to relax on in the summer months. The beautiful beach of Sandymouth is less 3.5 miles away, with its sandy beach and café. There is much to see and do in the area with market towns such as Bideford (20 miles) and Holsworthy (10 miles) within reach for day trips.

Attractive and cosy, this reverse-level barn has plenty of little quirks and character features and is contemporarily styled to ensure your holiday is as relaxing as possible. Enter the barn to find a hallway ideal for kicking off your shoes and a utility area with a washing machine. The remainder of the ground floor offers the sleeping accommodation. There are two bedrooms. These include one king-size room, with a TV, an en-suite shower room, and a door leading out to the decking. Another king-size bedroom has zip-and-link beds that can be made into 2’6” singles on request. This room also has a TV, an en-suite shower room, and a door onto the decked area. Heading upstairs, the winding, wooden staircase leads to the bright and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, complete with chic soft furnishings, a sofa bed, comfortable chairs and a Smart TV. The kitchen itself comprises an electric oven and induction hob, built-in extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A dining table and chairs allow everyone to sit and eat together while enjoying the panoramic countryside views from the picture window which has a Juliet balcony.

Outside, the barn has lots of added extras to make your stay a special one. The private decked area has garden furniture, loungers, and a charcoal BBQ, and leads to the hot tub, where you can relax after a long day out. There is a lawned area beyond the decking, ideal for watching the sunsets and socialising around the rustic fire pit.
