"Clean and comfortable non-fussy hotel room. Roku TV with availability for streaming services. Nice view of woods if your room faces that way. No microwave in room, but I believe there is one in the hotel lobby/office."

"At the hotel. Everything was amazing. The downside of it was Expedia Bad customer service. Bad understanding and communication. Unuseful staff not booking through Expedia ever again."

"The room was filthy. Toilet paper rolls were used, there was roach poop in the top corners of the room. The bed side tables were broke. The mirror in the bathroom was filthy. There was paint on the walls like a toddler had painted their trim and gotten it everywhere. The pool said 24 hours online but the sign said it closed at 10. The $12 breakfast buffet was nothing more than a continental breakfast. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The soap dispenser in the shower was visibly dirty."

"This is the 4th or 5th time we have stayed at this property. The property was overall very quiet and clean as before. The rooms are spacious, linens clean, and the beds are very comfortable. There was a big downside this time though. I had 2 reservations for 1 night - 1 room for my family and 1 room for my father-in-law. We did not realize until after we received our credit card statement that we were double charged for the stay!"

"We took our niece (14) and nephew (11) on a spring break trip as their Christmas gift. The resort had everything we were looking for. We rented a 3 bedroom cabin with a 4th bed in the pull out couch. The cabin was clean, had a full-sized refrigerator and stove/oven for cooking, plenty of seating in the living space for the 4 of us, and had a great view of the water. "A not so cheap motel that offers access to this part of Lake of the Ozarks. The shower was disgusting and I had to go to the gas station and buy some cleaner to clean the shower myself. The room was otherwise clean, but kind of frustrating when you have to clean pubes from the shower. You check in before you ever get there and you don’t actually see a live person. The place looks full just because it’s the only hotel in the area that gives you good proximity to the local marinas. Motel was $160,...

"Got there 5pm, room was not available. Had to come back an hour later and when I got to my room a man was still inside mopping, told me I can come in and leave my items but I was not comfortable with that. Came back later and the door was left opened and there's paint everywhere on the floors and it just felt gross"
