Studio 54 by MRG Apartments is a studio-type apartment, awarded for the way the space was divided and arranged. A fully equipped and furnished studio according to the latest trends in interior design. Close to the metro and the city center.

The property is located on Viorele Street, approximately 3-4 minutes’ walk from the Timpuri Noi metro station and the area with the same name, and about 5-6 minutes’ walk from the Tineretului metro station and the park with the same name.

Supermarkets, banks, restaurants, cafes, and all the area’s amenities are right next to the building, at most 3-4 minutes’ walk away.

Guests have access to a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, pans, coffee maker, cutlery, utensils, and everything you need to cook.

The bedroom area has a comfortable double bed, quiet air conditioning, a flat full HD SMART TV with Netflix, fast WiFi, and ironing facilities.
Access to the balcony is from the bedroom.

The bathroom has a bathtub and shower, washing machine, hairdryer, and towels and toiletries are provided for free.
The images reflect reality 100%, making Studio 54 by MRG one of the most sought-after properties in the area.

Guests can access the entire reserved space without restrictions. There are NO shared spaces with other guests.
We are available from 08:00 to 22:00. After this time, we may not respond to messages, but we have an emergency phone number if needed.

To avoid any misunderstandings, we ask guests to read the house rules before finalizing the booking.

1. Toți oaspeții/vizitatorii trebuie să prezinte un act de identitate cu fotografie, pașaport sau carte națională de identitate pentru cetățenii UE (nu se acceptă permisul de conducere) pentru a fi înregistrați, în conformitate cu legislația română. Documentul va fi trimis online, prin intermediul Airbnb, înainte de ora de check-in. Refuzul acestei solicitări duce la anularea rezervării fără rambursare.
2. Fumatul în interiorul proprietății este strict interzis, iar încălcarea acestei reguli va fi sancționată cu 100 EUR.
3. Lenjeria de pat și alte provizii sunt pentru confortul și utilizarea oaspeților noștri. Ei aparțin și trebuie să rămână în incintă. Machiajul, sângele sau orice alt tip de pete de pe lenjeria de pat și prosoapele care nu pot fi îndepărtate printr-o spălare normală vor fi taxate. Orice deteriorare a mobilierului sau a altor elemente esențiale va fi, de asemenea, taxată.
4. Fără pantofi în casă. Veți găsi papuci între prosoape.
5. Netflix este gratuit, dar rar, acest serviciu ar putea fi întrerupt pentru probleme tehnice necunoscute. Vă rugăm să luați în considerare acest lucru atunci când rezervați proprietatea noastră.

1. All guests/visitors must present a photo ID, passport or national identity card for EU citizens (driver's license not accepted) to be registered, in accordance with Romanian law. The document will be sent online, through Airbnb, before the check-in time. Refusal of this request results in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
2. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and violation of this rule will be fined 100 EUR.
3. Bedding and other supplies are for the comfort and use of our guests. They belong and must remain on the premises. Make-up, blood or any other type of stains on bed linen and towels that cannot be removed by normal washing will be charged. Any damage to furniture or other essentials will also be charged.
4. No shoes in the house. You will find slippers among the towels.
5. Netflix is free, but rarely, this service might be interrupted for unknown technical problems. Please consider this when booking our property.
