"The staff was great so that make it better but the room was very outdated and damaged. Ceiling was peeling, The desk chair was broken, trim guard falling off the wall, gum was stuck to the lamp... The phone jack was broken so we had to use cell to call the desk. The whole place smelled like a damp basement and weed. "The kitchen had everything you would ever need to cook a meal, pantry space for goods and a full size fridge. There was complimentary coffee pods and some snacks which was nice. The parking was ample on the street during my stay. The rest of the house was beautiful but during this trip I was not really there to enjoy any of the lounge areas. "Big disappointment was that there was no hot breakfast bc of the Memorial Day holiday 🙄. The front desk staff both at night and in the morning were just about the friendliest I’ve seen, though. Gave us the sofa bed sheets and extra towels we needed for our group of six. We had a spacious, but dated, room. Importantly, the beds were comfortable and the pillows and bedding were clean and new."

"Ivy Court Inn & Suites was such a cute place to stay! I rate it a 10/10! I was only there for 1 night but I wish I could have stayed longer. The breakfast was delicious, and free! The beds were very comfortable! The staff was welcoming and friendly."
