You`ll have easy access to our shared community pavilion complete with a fire pit, comfortable chairs, charcoal grill, and picnic tables – perfect for riverside gatherings. You can even fish right from the riverbank (just remember to bring your fishing license!).

Location: Part of the peaceful Ela Shores Cabin Community. Roads are paved but can be narrow and winding; 4WD/AWD is recommended during inclement weather.

Important Notes:
Policies: No pets, no smoking (inside the property), and no parties are allowed.

Mountain Realities: Cell service can be spotty, and Wi-Fi speeds aren`t guaranteed for work. While regularly treated by pest control, please remember you`re in the mountains, so occasional critters are possible.

Supplies: We provide a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, dish detergent, trash bags, paper towel, and toilet paper. You`ll likely need more for longer stays.

Bring Your Own: Coffee, firewood for the fire pit, and charcoal for the grill are not provided.

Protection: Travel insurance is highly recommended as refunds aren`t given for weather or power outages.
Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Please be on time for our cleaning crew.

Occupancy: Max 2 adults. Only registered guests are permitted.

No Parties or Loud Events: This is a peaceful retreat. Keep noise respectful, especially from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

No Smoking: No smoking inside. A $250 cleaning fee applies for violations.

Care for the Cabin: Please treat our cabin and its contents with care. Report any issues immediately.

Tidy Up: Leave the cabin tidy: Wash dishes, bag trash, and place it in outdoor bins.

Septic System: Only flush toilet paper. No other items (wipes, etc.) to prevent clogs.
