Super god beliggenhed. Nogle mangler.
Super god beliggenhed tæt på alting. Værelserne var blevet flot istandsat. Manglede øjenkontakt med personalet og et "godmorgen" og "goddag", når man passerede receptionen. Morgenmadens varme retter var meget kedelige. Meget tørre pølser, meget stiv røræg og kolde kogte æg. Brødet var til gengæld fremragende.

Poor service and a lot of noise
We have stayed at the hotel for two nights and have experienced an unbearable noise from a permanent outdoor disco next to the hotel. We contacted the reception immediately after arrival about the problem, including we asked for a quiet room as we were travelling as a family and needed to stay in the room during the night, but we were rejected very rudely by the female receptionist (5.-7.11). That is by no means acceptable. We do not advise booking the hotel during the weekends. It is too expensive a hotel for the standard and service we met. The cleaning staff, day receptionist and the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and welcoming and there is a delicious breakfast, but unfortunately that can not offset the overall bad experience.

Decent hotel, but they oversell the "gym" part
The hotel had a great location, between Central station and the City hall square. Despite this, the room was quiet and decently equipped. My main remark, was that I chose this hotel over another in the area, because Novotel offered "Fitness facilities". The gym turned out to be 10 square meters with ONE crosstrainer, ONE treadmill, ONE cable-based machine and ONE fitness ball. No free weights, or similar - and no windows. If more than one person is training at the same time, they will have to discuss a plan for when to switch around. For the comfort and location, I would choose again. For the lack of a proper gym, I will stay clear of this next time I go to Brussels.

Hotel er i selve centrum, de har ikke egen parkering men 100 meter fra er ofentlig parkerings plads, ok WIFI, god morgenmad. Hvis du er til storbyferie så passer den hotel perfekt.

Nice little hotel conveniently located at the heart of Brussels. Easy walk to all attractions. 5mins walk to Grand Place. Surrounded by tons of little craft shops and restaurants, street performance. Our room windows open to the street view. Very friendly staff and nice breakfast included. Luggage storage option makes our travel plan much easier!

The hotel is very nice, and staff are friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The only thing I have 4 out of 5 because when I was checking our room and the bathroom has a bad smell. It seems it was not clean properly. It was bad. I have to spray with my perfume. Overall, the hotel is very nice, and very convenient, closed by to dining, shopping, Grand place and a walking distance from the Central Train station of Belgium.

Overall would stay in this property again. Property is close to everything you want to visit within 5-15 mins walk. Breakfast was sufficient but not over the top. Plenty of dining options around and some small convenience/grocery stores to buy necessities if needed. Rooms are on the smaller side with a unique layout but we stayed there with two kids so our sofa was converted into two twin beds. The hotel is also close to Central so any side trups are a train ride away.

Came with my sister and two teenagers. The pictures don’t do the hotel or area any justice. It’s a beautiful area super close (less than 5 min walk) to the grand place, Brussels central station, amazing dining and there is a cute little street fair towards the end of the week with local vendors right outside. Breakfast is worth the extra $. It was always fully stocked, even when we went there towards the end of the opening time. Would stay there again!

The location is unbeatable, one block distance from the Central station and one block to the Grand Place. Surrounded by restaurants and stores. The room was very clean and lobby area is really nice.

BE AWARE EVERYBODY!!!! Got robbed just infront of the foyer and the entrance of the hotel. Got assaulted and my neck chain snatched and stolen by two undesirables. Be careful as there are many prowlers by the hotel. Staff and management of hotel showed very little empathy and very uncooperative to obtain cctv of robbery for the police. Official complaint to follow to the directors of the hotel, let's hope that they listen for the security and well being of clients staying at the hotel!!! Although reported, Police unhelpful and not interested as we were tourists. Another statistic of Brussels!!!

This hotel is in such an ideal location. I did expect a bit more high end touches for a Novotel, but it was a nice stay and I would recommend it.

Excellent location
Close to many major points of interests. Service was fast when power went out. Very small shower and toilet - barely turn around. Wash basin is seperate from toilet which is inconvenient.

The location is perfect. lots of restaurants,shops,landmarks around the hotel. The room is clean,facilities are great. It was a freezing day, but a hot bathtub made us warm.

Not worth the Novotel name
Only good quality is the location. The room we got might have been slept in. The beds were barely made. The sheets were loose and untucked. The sofa beds already open. There was only 1 working elevator. They refused to allow early check in when the room was ready, without charging, which is just not done. An embarrassment to the Novotel name.
