Arrival and Check in Check in is conducted in person. Upon arrival, you will be given the keys and shown the apartment. A valid ID is required for guest registration. Access to the Property After unloading your luggage at the main entrance, cars can be parked in free public parking areas about 2 minutes from the residence. Please be careful on the narrow streets of the historic center when accessing the property.

At our apartment, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, oil, and a welcome kit available free of charge. In addition to toilet paper, linens, towels, and bed sheets, the kitchen is stocked with dish soap, a new sponge, towels, all necessary cleaning products (if needed), and containers for sorting waste for recycling. We are always available to assist you from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM. A concierge service (except during the night) is available via chat to answer any questions, from how appliances work to recommendations for the best local restaurants, must see sights, or nearby parking. Brusimpiano is located 5 minutes from Ponte Tresa, 30 minutes from Lugano, 30 minutes from Mendrisio, 30 minutes from Varese, and 50 minutes from Como.

We kindly ask you to leave used towels in the bathroom and the bed linens on the bed before departure as a sign of cooperation. Before check out, please also sort and dispose of your waste according to the instructions provided in the house manual. Please turn off all electronic devices (TV, air conditioning, etc.) before leaving the apartment and make sure to lock all doors, windows, and balconies. Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment, but it is permitted in outdoor areas.

Transportation and Connections Brusimpiano Public Transport Local buses connect Brusimpiano to Porto Ceresio and Varese. Trains to Varese and Milan depart from Porto Ceresio station. Boats on Lake Lugano connect Brusimpiano to nearby towns such as Lugano, Morcote, and Gandria. By Car Lugano: approximately 30 minutes by car. Varese: approximately 30 minutes by car. Milan: approximately 1 hour by car. Free public parking is available about 2 minutes from the property. Practical Tips The streets in the historic center are narrow; drive carefully. The main entrance allows for convenient luggage unloading. For day trips, a car is the most convenient way to explore the area and surroundings.

An adjacent second bedroom has a single bed, also provided with bedding, blankets, and pillows. The bathroom with a bathtub includes towels and all essential amenities for your stay. The apartment entrance opens onto the courtyard, featuring a large table and original decorations, shared with three other apartments. If other guests are present, you may see them entering or exiting or sharing the table, but inside your apartment you will have complete privacy and all necessary amenities, including a private kitchen and bathroom. The building also includes the owners apartment, ensuring immediate assistance during check in and for any needs. For guests arriving by car, the main entrance allows for easy unloading of luggage, and free public parking is available just 2 minutes from the property. Please be mindful of the narrow streets in the historic center.
