"We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. "Stay would have been okay if we didn’t have extra uninvited guest (Roaches). When my husband went down to the desk (bugs in hand) to make them aware the lady attending the front desk stated “let me guess, you want something for free” WHAT??? He made sure not to tell me this part until after we left. Mattress/Sheets were stained.
