This gorgeously renovated 4 bed 2 bath corner home is situated right off I-95 (no noise, though!) and conveniently located 5 minutes from the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, 2 minutes from restaurants and shopping, 10 minutes from downtown Brunswick and just 22 minutes to the beach!



The home comes with all new furniture, decorations and plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with a Keurig/Drip coffee maker combo and everything the modern chef needs to prepare delicious meals!



There is a brand new washer/dryer for your use and even a private office with a desk and chair.



The backyard has 6 foot privacy fence, an abundance of seating and a propane grill for you to BBQ. The home also has a two car garage. Please note we just ordered a new garage door that won't be installed until mid-May. There is plenty of parking in the driveway for 2-3 cars, in the meantime.



We are happy to accommodate our guests just staying for a few nights or guests here for extended stays of 30+ days. The home is pet-friendly as well so please bring your fur babies!



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



Please note:



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $125 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
