Recently updated appliances in the kitchen and new furniture in the living room. Beds are comfortable. Plenty of clean towels are provided. Perfect location for a few days or even a six month stay. A perfect home away from home for your beach vacation.

We enjoyed our stay.

The duplex is in a great location on the island with easy access to the beach. The property managers had a "welcome bag" with a few essentials to help get us through the first night, which was nice. When we first arrived we found the toilet running and overflowing. We called the emergency line and they had it fixed and cleaned up very quickly. The response was great, we had no issues after that. We would definitely stay at this duplex again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Jekyll, this year being our 31st year. Our stay this year was at a new rental for us. For the past 30 years we had stayed on the same street, at a different rental, but were forced to find a new place this year as the owner was no longer renting out. The new place was very nice and clean and we enjoyed our stay very much. We are, though, very sad at all the building being allowed on the island. It is sad that you have decided to be a “resort destination”, instead of keeping the island as it was. In a few more years you will be just like your neighbor island, St. Simons.

Great place

Loved the place. Worked perfectly for us. Had a very well stocked kitchen with everything you need. Such a easy walk to the beach. Made use of the pool pass. The granddaughters really enjoyed it. Very comfortable beds and furniture. Quiet neighborhood but close enough to everything.

Enjoyed staying here

We had stayed at the Villas on Jekyll in October so we were looking for an upgrade. This location was very clean, everything was working and in order when we arrived. Very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood. My only concern was the pine sap dripping on my vehicle. Easy to remedy with a little olive oil and a little elbow grease. A+

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice small rental for 2 to 4 people. The beach access is only a few steps away and the unit is far enough south on the island so that the beach is accessible most of the time. Our only negatives where that the gas grill was well past its prime and un-usable, and that the floors, especially in the corners could have been cleaner. This was a perfect unit for the two of us to spend a week escape at the beach in January.
