"Super centralt............"

"Super fine værelser og meget rent alle vegne. Personalet var meget høflige og hjælpsomme. Der var ikke noget negativt overhovedet."

"Free breakfast was pefect after a long trip, and room was tidy. Staff were kind and helpful as well."

"everything was perfect from the location of the hotel to the best bfast selection for hotel...staff was very friendly and helpful as well...only issue is its an old hotel and it does show...aircond in the room was not cool enough and some amenities provided seem old and need replacement, even their ironing board and iron were like from the early 90s and in sad state"

"Generally very good. Great location. Cleanliness could be better. There was mold around the sink"

"Biggest problem: The lifts weren’t enough to service such a massive tower, every trip in/out took more time than necessary. And the food needs a major improvement. Room service and housekeeping was very slow. Otherwise, the room itself was nice."

"Great hotel to stay in central Jakarta. The staff were helpful and supportive."

"今回のジャカルタ滞在も利用しました。 日本人の利用もある程度あるのか、スタッフの方が”〇〇さん”と敬称付きで呼んでくれてちょっぴり嬉しかったです。 朝食も会場がこじんまりとしていますが充分だと思います。 空港から鉄道で向かう場合は、周辺施設も充実しているのでおススメです。"

"Very good staff"

"Skøn morgenmad meget varieret og masser af udvalg. Personalet var super venlige og imødekommende. Servicemindede og behjælpelig. Ville helt klart komme der igen. Mega centralt og nemt at komme rundt"

"Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. "

"Clean and big room with friendly and courteous staff. Good varieties of breakfast foods selection! Good amenities, especially for fitness fan and kids who like to play! Strategic location in the central city. Will definitely comeback!"
