"Set up was perfect for our family. Ability to walk to Diana’s baths and be in North Conway center in minutes was a huge plus. Owner was very responsive to questions before abd during our stay. Would definitely stay again if we needed similar accommodations."

"We had a family reunion at Sebago State Park and this house and location was perfect. It was very clean and updated. There was plenty of room- everyone had their own bed. We will certainly stay there again in the future. "

"We loved the red jacket before it burned down! The townhomes were a good alternative! Everything was great. Staff was friendly and indoor water park was perfect . Air conditioning was a little tricky to adjust but overall worked good. I would recommend and stay again although I can’t wait until renovations are completed for the red jacket hotel so the atmosphere on the grounds is what it used to be. "

Plenty of games and toys for both kids and your fury pets! Three steps out the back door and you’re standing on the river which is so peaceful and beautiful.
