"Very disappointed that the rules and regulations in the tenancy agreement we had to sign before we could get the address and key code were so lengthy with multiple fines for everything including using more than 1 towel each for the duration of our stay, that we felt we didn’t dare touch anything and couldn’t relax for the 3 days we were there. The owner then drove into the front garden the day after we arrived and knocked on the door to ‘get something from the shed’ but didn’t introduce himself...

"Coastal Capers was the perfect place for a family getaway. It was a clean, open and well styled house, with 5 bedrooms, a large dining table to seat all of us and a lounge area that opened out to an outdoor/ undercover area, which was great for entertaining. It was in the perfect location, 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to the local bowling club and local shops/ cafes/ restaurants. "We had a terrible experience with Professional Holiday Homes. Our holiday rental wasn't cleaned on time, and PHH offered unsuitable alternative accommodations. They promised a late checkout, but it wasn't honoured. Their rental agreement terms are unreasonable (see below), and they were difficult to contact.
