"The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. "

I wish, though, that the listing would have noted that this unit is the lower-level of an occupied home. Could hear footsteps and dogs barking periodically, even with white noise machines going. We were in the property much of the time as I was recovering from a procedure, and I wouldn't have...

"The suite was very clean. Pictures are exact to what each room has to offer and looks like-nicely decorated and comfortable. Very quiet space. The entry was a bit confusing to me due to sharing it with tenant’s upstairs- but when I arrived it all made sense. It was very well designed and safe! "

"We came in town for a funeral. Being originally from the area, we were less than 1 mile from local family which helped a lot. The house was clean and very inviting. Beds slept well and we had access to everything we needed. The host was very communicative and inviting.We will use again next time we are in town.Thank you for your hospitality!!"

There were no dish towels, broom or mop for the kitchen. The host never responded when I reached out about the issue. Also it was described as parking for four cars but host stated their personal stuff was inside the garage not allowing space for the other two cars.Franck needs to be more responsive and helpful to his guest.
