"Well lit and clean place. Google map locator was a bit off so we knocked on a wrong house at first. The owners family lives above and their kids and dog made noises. Not during the late hours bit pretty loude for taking a nap. Other than that... it was a nice place."

"The only thing that was not there was a blow dryer but that was not an issue, other than that the listing was 100%, great neighborhood and close to everything."

"We had a really lovely time at Patricia's suite. We only stayed for one night, but we found that the suite was easy to access, the bed was very comfortable. I loved browsing through the little library in the bedroom. We had no trouble parking and it is a very cute neighborhood with restaurants a short walk away. "

"The location was perfect for us. The rooms on the third floor were quiet and private very clean. The bed was quite comfortable. Martin, the host, was courteous and genuinely helpful. Adding another reading light so there is one for each side of the bed would be an improvement for the room. "

"My friends and I had a reunion to attend. We needed to prepare food for an event. The kitchen was well appointed with updated appliances. The host provided clean and comfortable bedding, towels, and toiletries. The location was perfect and convenient to all major highways, with plenty of parking. "

"The apartment was just as advertised. We liked its charm and the quirks of staying in a cute little row house. We got metro/bus passes and enjoyed getting to know DC as locals. We walked 5-8 min to the NoMa Metro stop on the Red line every morning, took the metro and bus everywhere we wanted to go and walked back home from the Metro station each night. (There was a bus stop right by the apartment but we just walked.) We could hear the first day care kids arrive in the morning and thought it...

Pro: + 10 minute walk to Blue line Minnesota station + quiet neighborhood + fully equipped kitchen + digital locks and security system + modern walk-in shower in master + single car garage (great for a compact vehicle) + plenty of linens, household supplies, laundry + solid Wi-Fi + excellent host support Con: - in our stay we had nothing negative come up"
