"Lovey little property, amazing location right on the river. Plenty to do, fishing, paddle boarding. The riverside venue really nice too for drink/food. 1 mile into the town centre. Would definitely return. "

Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival. Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay."

"Do not book this property on vybro , got there for a concert only to find the owners "didnt know about my booking " didnt get access to property, had to book a hotel 30 miles out as none were left in the area due to the concert "

"The property was falsely advertised as 7 bedrooms when it was 6 bedrooms. The house was very untidy and sheets were not washed. Used toilet paper was even found in drawers. We had to clean up ourselves as soon as we got there. Even though photo evidence was submitted to Vrbo, they could not get the host to compensate for at least the false advertising. This is where I believe Vrbo was complicit. Poor customer service. NEVER USING Vrbo AGAIN. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY."

"Het wat erg schoon, licht en ruim. Alles was aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Een supermarkt om de hoek was handig. Ook een prachtige speeltuin dichtbij voor de kinderen. Erg charmant dorpje om rond te wandelen"

"Friend and I stayed overnight for a gig at the Utilita arena, which was literally 10 minutes walk away and easy enough to get to. Property was clean and well maintained. The only issue would be parking for more than one vehicle as there was just about room directly outside for one car, and the only other option was to park in the spaces by the row of shops opposite. Everywhere else was resident permit parking only. "

"We have stayed here many times. Everything is always good. The cottage is in a peaceful and attractive area."

"The property owner had excellent come and instructions were very clear for check in.Everything was as expected. Comfortable and bright inside with everything you could need for a stay.I can recommend, and will most likely stay again if back in the area.thank you."

"The location is perfect for a visit to Stratford Upon Avon. The owner/manager Harry was on site to help us settle in and he followed up during the stay. The accommodations worked well with our group of five which included an active two-year-old. "
