Hidden Hollow On The Pond

A large luxury cabin (3100 sq. ft.) located in the Hidden Hollow development in the Carson Creek Area surrounded by the US Forest Service and the Ouachita Mountains. This cabin is very close to the Carson Creek Boat Ramp and only 1 mile from Broken Bow Lake. The cabin offers a very large parking area which can accommodate multiple vehicles and trailers. This is the north entrance to Beavers Bend State Park where several boat ramps, picnic areas, hiking trails, fire rings, a pavilion and restrooms are accessible. This area is heavily wooded and offers plenty of shade. Rain or shine enjoy the outdoor covered deck area on the spacious 1200 ft deck. This cabin's location is also conveniently located in Hochatown where you will find area attractions and restaurants just short distance away.

Luxurious Cabin Features

Enjoy upscale furnishings, high-end finishes and plenty of activities for everyone. The living room and kitchen are an open concept, so it is perfect for groups that want plenty of space. There is a beautiful rock fireplace in the living room and a large 70″ Samsung Smart TV equipped with full surround sound. Enjoy Sling TV or choose to stream a movie from your account (Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) while relaxing on the sectional sofa or comfortable chairs.

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with all your cooking essentials and upgraded KitchenAid appliances. It also features a waterfall edge granite island with seating for five and a custom live edge dining table with seating for ten, so your entire group can fit comfortably. The laundry room is off the kitchen and has two sets of washers and dryers to accommodate large groups. Additionally, there is a half bath conveniently located off the kitchen/living room area.

This cabin features three King Master Suites with two located downstairs and one upstairs. Each master suite is beautifully decorated with an accent wall for the bed and comes with its own 55″ Samsung Smart TV. Each of these gorgeous suites have their own private bath with double vessel vanity sinks and stunning large tile showers with dual show heads. The upstairs Master also includes a soaking tub.

When you travel upstairs you will be in the open loft/game area which includes air hockey and foosball. There is also a sofa for hanging out and lounging and it makes out into a king bed. In the game room you will also find a table and chairs for card playing and board games. The upstairs bunk room has plenty of room for the kids with 2 queen beds and 3 twins allowing you to sleep 7 in this room. The bunk room also has its own private full bath with a large tile shower and two separate vanity sinks areas.

Spacious Deck & Outdoor Activities

Outside you will find a huge deck (1200 sq. ft.) with a highly elevated view of the beautiful surrounding trees. This deck has plenty of room for everyone! There is a large sectional sofa and chairs which seats up to twelve around a large stone fireplace with a 60″ Smart TV. An outside dining area seats eight where folks can relax and chill while grilling at the outdoor kitchen. There is also a large hot tub which seats seven people when you're ready to relax and unwind for the day. Or you can test your competitive spirit by challenging your friends or family to a game of shuffleboard, cornhole or Pop a Shot basketball arcade. The entire deck is completely covered providing full shade and allowing you to enjoy the outdoors even on a rainy day.

Underneath the deck we have a custom playset that is sure to entertain the kids for hours. This playset and playground area has something for kids all ages. The playground area includes 2 slides, climbing wall, net tunnel, monkey bars, two saucer swings, a tire swing and more.
