As you arrive at Nirvana, a sense of tranquility greets you. Follow the long, sloping driveway to ample parking and a cozy firepit surrounded by seating for seven, illuminated by enchanting string lights along the railing. Step onto the spacious front deck, complete with deep seating and a welcoming double-wide door that sets the tone for your unforgettable getaway.
Enter the great room, a breathtaking space with soaring 25-foot ceilings and a wall of windows that seamlessly blend the indoors with the beauty of the forest. The open layout invites everyone to gather, whether around the luxurious lounge sofa, the unique ball fireplace, or the massive 85-inch Google Smart TV. The Gourmet Kitchen is a chef’s dream, boasting a 10-foot island with seating for six, a nook table for four by the coffee station, and a stunning dining table for eight illuminated by a wagon wheel chandelier.
Two king suites on the main level offer privacy and comfort, each with stunning forest views and private bistro balconies that hang above the trees. The convenience of two washer/dryer stacks and ample closet space ensures an effortless stay.
Step outside to the expansive main deck, designed for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy plush seating for up to ten in front of a ball fireplace, outdoor dining for six next to the BBQ grill, and a charming gazebo seating area accessible via a scenic pathway. To the west, the deck offers breathtaking ridge and mountain views, a swing for serene moments, and bar-height chairs. The private hot tub area, nestled among the treetops, is the crown jewel, offering a true treehouse experience under a canopy of stars.
Adjacent to the deck, the game room awaits, featuring a wall-mounted arcade with 5,000 games, board games, and traditional indoor and outdoor activities—perfect for all ages.
Upstairs, the charm continues. ◆ Property House and Security Rules◆
Maximum Occupancy: 16, Exceeding the maximum occupancy results in additional charges and/or eviction without refund.
No pets allowed.
Guests are responsible for using the decks with care and must diligently supervise children at all times due to the height and safety considerations.
A $300 security deposit will be temporarily held on your card during your stay and automatically released two days after your departure, provided there are no damages or missing items. Don’t worry—we don’t believe in holding guests “hostage.” We understand accidents happen, and this is simply a standard precaution.
The deposit will be processed through an Airbnb-approved, software-integrated third-party service property management software, via a secure email link. This same system will also be used for communication outside of the Airbnb platform, including email and messaging.
✱If your reservation is made more than 2 days before check-in, the system will place a “test hold" to verify the payment method. This initial "test hold" will be released after 2 days of verification, and the “actual security hold” will be applied again 2 days before your arrival, as scheduled, for the duration of your stay.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement.
For the safety of our guests, we have installed exterior cameras; one is above the front door. They are 24/7 motion activated and record video and sound.
We do not permit the following at any time: No Smoking or Vaping of any kind, No Fireworks Permitted, No Parties!
Parties or birthday parties and celebrations are not permitted, and we need to be informed in advance if you plan to have any of the above events at our property.
Must be 21 to rent and person booking must be present at the property during the entirety of the stay.
Keep in mind that Broken Bow/Hochatown is a rural area, and while our cabins are wired for fast Internet, outages can and do occasionally occur. We cannot guarantee your Internet service.
A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. All cabins have fully equipped kitchens, washers/dryers, towels, and linens.
Propane is provided for gas grills. Please clean the grill tray after use to prevent flare-ups.
We drain and sanitize our hot tubs after every check-out.
The fireplace will not be operational from April 1 to October 1.
Furniture and decor are subject to change without notice.
Welcome to the "wasp season" from November to December and early spring! During chilly nights and early mornings, followed by warm days, wasps tend to gather on rooftops in search of warmth. While it doesn't necessarily mean there's a wasp nest in the house, they are essentially in hibernation mode, seeking cozy spots.
Generally, they won't bother you much, but we kindly ask you to keep the cabin doors and windows shut to prevent them from entering. Just a heads-up: there's wasp spray conveniently located under the kitchen sink in case you need it, but do not spray over the furniture!
Stay buzz-free and enjoy your time in the cabin!
Please note that this is a forested area and there are times when the Oklahoma Forestry Service enforces a burning ban in the area. Fines can be upwards of $1000. Please check online for the current burn ban status before using the outdoor firepit.
