As I understand the reason you were unhappy is because of the authorization hold that is utilized on all debit cards. As our front desk tried to explain at check-in, this hold is temporary and is released after 5-7 business days in most cases. We do apologize for any inconvenience this caused, and for this reason we do make a point to mention our policy before any debit card is used. I hope this will not stop you from giving us another visit in the future.

You are correct we do not have an elevator but we do our best to accomodate any guests who need to have the first floor if we are made aware of the need. I am happy to hear you were able to have one of these first floor rooms. We hope you will stay again!

Unfortunately we did have to shut it down for a very short time to make sure that it was in the safe ranges for swimmers. We take the safety of our guests very seriously.
