Step inside to soaring ceilings and an open-concept kitchen that sets the tone for the cabin. The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space, modern appliances, and everything you need for memorable meals. Open the roll-up garage window to create an easy, social indoor–outdoor experience.

The cabin features cozy corners and shared spaces designed for connection and relaxation, with room to spread out outside, upstairs, and in the centrally located downstairs game room. The upstairs pool table overlooks the living room below, keeping everyone connected while still offering space to retreat. Enjoy the screened-in porch for fresh air, games, and laughter, or head outside for a friendly match at the horseshoe pit.

Relax in the separate hot tub house for a private soak surrounded by nature, and enjoy the peaceful charm of a seasonal creek that runs through the property.

Each bedroom offers its own unique setup. The downstairs king master en-suite includes a spacious bathroom with room for a pack-n-play (available for an additional fee or bring your own). Down the hall, you’ll find another king bedroom next to a large bunk room featuring two triple bunks and two full Murphy beds. Upstairs, just beyond the pool table, is an additional bedroom with a king bed and two twin beds. All sleeping spaces are stocked with cozy linens and thoughtfully prepared for your stay.

We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy with a maximum of 3 dogs. A pet fee of $75 per pet is required. This is confirmed and verified after reservation is in the booking system.
★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking inside the cabin! Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.
★ ELECTRIC VEHICLE INFORMATION ★
The best option for EV charging is at the Choctaw Landing Casino or Gutter Chaos, which offers multiple fast charging stations. Please note this property does NOT have an EV Charger.
★ NOISE ORDINANCE ★
We kindly ask you to treat our cabin as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Please respect the community noise ordinance from 10 PM to 10 AM. Always be respectful of our community and be good neighbors.

We encourage you to have a great time, but respect the cabin and neighboring cabins. Sounds travel very far in the remote areas of the forest.

WiFi is provided as a convenience only and is not integral to the use of the property. No refund of payments shall be given for outages, content, lack of content, speed, access problems.

Other things to note:
- This property is located off a gravel road. No charging station available.
- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in a heavily-treed area, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments. If there is an abundance of critters, please inform your host.
- Weather: No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are outside our control. Please purchase travel insurance for coverage. (this can be done while booking through Airbnb or direct- if booking that way)
- Check-In/Out: Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. We charge $50 for two hours late/early for all requests of early check-in & late check-out, based on availability. Please note we may not be able to accommodate early check-ins/ late checkouts. Please message us for more details.

The property is managed by The Bear Cabins in BB, LLC. Your host is available by text, message, or call during your stay! After booking you will be required to submit a pre-arrival form, show ID, and sign our rental agreement. This property is a contactless self check in. Code will be sent 3 days before check in.
