Our apartment is ideal for a couple or a business traveler. With its convenient location, you can explore the city on foot.
As soon as you walk in, you’ll be charmed by this cozy retreat. The apartment is fully air-conditioned.

The apartment consists of:

- A LIVING ROOM: Enjoy a comfortable sofa, perfect for your TV nights, and high-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected.

- A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: Prepare delicious meals just like at home. You’ll find: stovetop burners, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, as well as a Tassimo coffee maker, a kettle, and everything you need for cooking.

- A QUIET BEDROOM: A standard bed (140x200 cm) with high-quality bedding and a dressing area.

- A BATHROOM: Relax under a spacious shower; towels and a hair dryer are provided. Travel light—a washing machine is available at the apartment. You’ll also have everything you need for drying your clothes, including a garment steamer.

## Access

Access to the apartment is simple and flexible. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself so you can feel right at home. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, and there is no elevator.

SELF-CHECK-IN: You can check in on your own starting at 3:00 PM using a key box. The code will appear in your digital welcome booklet at the time of your arrival.

PARKING: The apartment does not have a parking space, but you can easily park on the street or in the streets adjacent to the apartment.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION: You’re ideally located to explore the city. You’ll find bus stops at the end of the street. The train station is a 3-minute walk away. Plus, you’re just a 5-minute walk from the city center.

AVAILABILITY: Although check-in is self-service, we are available 7 days a week via messaging on the booking platform or by phone until 11:00 PM in case of an emergency.

## Notes

To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please take note of the following important information:
HOUSE RULES: The apartment is non-smoking. Pets are not allowed. Parties and events are not permitted. Please be considerate of the neighbors between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m.
CLEANING: Cleaning fees include a thorough cleaning of the accommodation as well as the provision of bed linens and household linens.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: A security deposit will be required if you book through certain platforms. It will not be charged to your account but will be pre-authorized.
