Everything in the pictures belongs to you during your stay — nothing is shared. You’ll have full access to the front yard, porch, deck, and all amenities.

*PRIVACY & SETUP*

While the upstairs is your private Airbnb, there is a completely separate apartment around the back that we rent mid-term to traveling professionals (doctors, nurses, etc.). It has its own private entrance in the back basement — you’ll never see or hear this individual.

The main home you’re booking is entirely private — your own parking right out front, your own front door, and no shared spaces anywhere on the property.
